Pastor Dave DeLeon

Senior Pastor

David DeLeon (Pastor Dave) came to Open Door in 2002 and served four years as our Youth Pastor. He has served as our Senior Pastor since January of 2006.  Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona, he attended Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa where he met his wife Naomi (who grew up in Minnesota).  They have three boys: Solomon, Samuel and Slater. ​

Pastor Zach Eshleman

Assistant Pastor

Pastor Zach came to Open Door Baptist in 2020 where he serve as the Assistant Pastor. Before coming to Open Door, he served as a youth director in Oregon. Pastor Zach graduated from Bob Jones University in 2011. He met his wife Ruth in college and they have four children: Olivia, Owen, Levi, and Ethan. Pastor Zach enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.​
