Who We Are
Welcome to Open Door Baptist Church! Our purpose is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ by helping Christians grow closer to God and to one another through the study of His Word. We seek every opportunity to share the gospel with all who are not Christians, both in New Woodstock and around the world.
We believe that the walk with God starts with belief in His Son Jesus Christ. Christ died on the cross and rose from the dead that you may have eternal life starting right here in this life. You need only believe that Jesus is the Son of God, the only way to peace with God and the Cross made the way. Romans 10:9 in the Bible says "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
Jesus truly is the Open Door to eternity and we are an open door to people of all ages. Won't you please come visit us? We would like to get to know you.
